Commemorative Badge "60 Years Of Victory In The Stalingrad Battle".

Here's a document to a badge awarded by the "head of administration of Volgograd Oblast" celebrating the 60th anniversary of victory at Stalingrad which I picked up on the forum marketplace from my favourite seller.

Even though this is a Russian award it is awarded to Serko Vladimirs-Dze Kavtaradze, a Georgian in the Georgian language (ქავათარაძე, სერქო ვლადიმირს-ძე).
