Commemorative Medal "100 Years Of Dactyloscopic Records In Russia".

The Commemorative Medal "100 Years Of Dactyloscopic Research In Russia" (Памятной Медаль «100 Лет Дактилоскопическому Учету В России») is a rather unknown Medal. The reverse and document would suggest that it is an official award of the Ministry Of Internal Affairs but I have yet to find any confirmation of this. It may be a "regional" award.
