Jubilee Medal "45 Years Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs".

Though this is more like a pin with cloth in the suspension, I thought since I had hauled out many of the others, I might as well show this one.:) What makes it interesting to me is that it is essentially the badge (sometimes a mini pin) slapped in the middle without any text and then the words, "45 years of the MVR organization" on the reverse. It is rather dull in comparison to most of their other awards for the MVR and KDS (state security), in my opinion.
