Capital Construction Commemorative Order.
The Capital City Construction Commemorative Order was awarded to high political leaders for the supervision of construction projects in Pyongyang.
It is made of Brass and German silver. A Five-pointed silver star with rays between the arms, with gold star inside and gold pentagon showing monumental structures on the Pyongyang skyline.

Commemorative Order "Capital Construction".
Here is the Capital Construction Commemorative Order (수도건설기녕훈장) founded in 1992. The Commemorative Order is constructed from plated copper and once again has no known variations. The design features the Tower of the Juche Idea completed in 1982, the Arch of Triumph also completed in 1982 and the Koryo Hotel which was built in 1985.
