Korean People's Army Foundation Commemorative Order.
Here is the Korean People's Army Foundation Commemorative Order (조선인민군창건기념훈장). Founded 25th January 1968, constructed from plated copper and the only screwback Commemorative Order. This first type comes numbered and with the screwback.

This is the thin end of the wedge.
The "Baltic Mint" is now faking these (although the real ones can still be picked up for under $12). Not a good sign of things to come.
