Chest Badge "Honoured Auto-Transport Worker".

Here is the Chest Badge "Honoured Auto-Transport Worker" (Нагрудный Знак «Почетный Автотранспортник»). It was retained from the Ministry Of Transport of the RSFSR with an update to design. The Ministry Of Transport completed overhauled the design and reinstituted the award in 2005. This is a pre-2005 design.
