Badge "For Excellent Shooting".

Guys,
Is this a best shot badge?
It is being described as one.

Thanks to Alexei's pics I have now posted a new pic with an Original to the right.
here you can now see the different H&S (Thicker) and the bayonet is longer than the Star.
Also the angle of the MG and the Barrel are different.

It's a 1928 "Excellent Marksmanship" badge, and I believe it is a fake - the H&S, though distorted, is from a later variation of this badge, but the ribbon with text is from the very first issue of this badge. The tip of the barrel on all variations is longer than the tip of the star. If I could see better scans of the front and back, I will most likely find more problems.
