Nice collection!
Bill, did you notice the different spelling of the recipient name on different documents: Kodenetz vs. Kodynetz, and the latest even with ukranian "tverdii znak" at the end?
Also, the major-engineer last name is Konstantinov, not Konstantinovich ;)

Here is the info on his '85
Born 1918, Novo-Mar'evka, Colonjanskij Region, Dnepropetrovskaja Oblast, Ukrainian SSR.

The Ukrainian award is an Order rather than a Medal (which is also a commemorative) and it is also a shame that this is presumably missing a great number of commemoratives (1965-1995) in the "lower end".
