Commemorative Medal "70 Years Of Victory".

Here is the Commemorative Medal "70 Years Of Victory", an official award of the State Special Transport Service (Державна Спеціальна Служба Транспорту/Держспецтрансслужба/ДССТ). This is probably the most obscure official Commemorative Medal of the 70th anniversary from any fully recognised nation.

Awarded to Leonid Ostapovich Tukalo on 23rd April 2015. Tukalo was not a combatant during the war as he was born on 2nd August 1940, although he may have been awarded for surviving occupation. He was a L'viv native and worked as an accountant. He also must have died soon after being awarded (or not cared about the Medal) as I obtained it only four months after its award.
