Independence Referendum Ballots.
Here is a pair of original (misspelt) ballots for the 10th December 1991 referendum on Nagorno-Karabakh independence. Not the rarest of items as 23,592 voters didn't turn out and of the 108,736 that did 107,648 (99.89%) voted "Yes" to independence.
This independence has not been internationally recognised although it was a significant event in the Nagorno-Karabakh War between Azerbaijan (who see the NKR as part of their nation) and Armenia (that back the Armenian ethnic majority NKR).
