Here is the Title "Shockworker For Communist Labour" which was an award of the Central Soviet Of Professional Unions and Dimitrov Communist Youth Union. Founded in the early 1960's for labour, activity, participation etc. to and for the Youth Union.
Here is the matching document to Olga Lozanova dating from 26th July 1965 with all four signatures being hand applied.

Звание "Ударник За Комунистически Труд".
There were only a few "national" Titles but quite a few Titles at the Ministerial etc. level and thousands of Badges. I'll be posting a few more Titles yet and hundreds of Badges once they are photographed. Here is a 1965 dated document to Verzhinija Bedros Ershinjan. This is certainly not a Bulgarian name. It has very much the sound of an Armenian.

Re: Title "Shockworker For Communist Labour".
Here is the earlier variation of the Badge for the previous document. I've never noticed how much the male worker's hair looks like the teeth of a cog before.
It is indeed the Bulgarian Trade Unions exact equivalent of the Soviet Union's Trade Union's Title (Звание), although I have not yet seen Bulgarian pennants with its design. It may be a Badge de facto but it is a Title de jure but it must also be remembered that this is an award of an organisation and not the State or its Ministries. I think that this is a great example of how in line Bulgaria was with the Soviet Union, especially during the period when they were pushing towards being a republic of the U.S.S.R.. Many awards were created with almost exactly the same criteria as their Soviet counterparts. With the exception of the huge wave of Jubilee Medals from the late 60's to early 80's Bulgaria's awards were closest to the Soviet Union's than any other nation.

Re: Title "Shockworker For Communist Labour".
Here is another early example that has been well worn.
