Youth League Membership Badge.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone happen to know what this badge is? I am greatfull for any help that someone can give.

It´s for a youth organization, but I´m not sure if it´s for Kim Il Sung young pioneers or communist youth. I do know its called "Outstanding Student badge" though.
