In the "Strange World Of Communism" we all know Albania won the European group stages and here is one of those "only in Albania" pieces.
This Order "Naim Frasheri" 2nd Class Type 1 was awarded to Comrade Hilmi Arif Xhevairi on 6th March 1969 by Decree 4493. "For contribution given as a professor of distinction during 37 years of labour untiring and conscientious in education and the preparation of professors of the younger generation where he has served". A rather strange alabaster anniversary award.
