Badge "XXX Congress Of The Communist Party Of Belorus".

Gentlemen,
I've come across an interesting Deputy's Badge. It is in the style of the last series of Soviet Deputies Badges, but it is marked "XXX S'yezd KPB". Given that the last official Soviet Communist Party Congress was #28, I'm thinking that this is either a fantasy piece, a badge for the Russian Communist Party (Bolshevikov?), or for the Bulgarian Communist Party. Your thoughts gentlemen?

The reverse - note different style of pin attachment.

Guys,

KPB stands for "Communist Party of Bielarus", and it is an original Soviet period badge, issued to participants.

According to the Russian Internet, this 30th congress took place in 1986, so it is a Soviet period badge.
