Commemorative Medal for 60th Anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade.
Well made, stamped, silk ribbon on suspension, apparently awarded in early 2004 to the few remaining survivors of the Leningrad blockade in a ceremony attended by President Putin personally. This Medal is not yet on the official RF site of awards.

The Commemorative Medal "In Honour Of 60 Years Of The Liberation Of Leningrad From Fascist Blockade" (Памятная Медаль «В Честь 60-Летия Освобождения Ленинграда От Фашистской Блокады») was created on 16th December 2003 by Decision 87 of the Government Of Saint Petersburg.

It was to be awarded to all who had previously been awarded the Medal "For The Defence Of Moscow" or the Badge "Survivor Of The Blockade Of Leningrad".
