Medal "For Patriotic Achievements".
This Medal was one of many of the later instituted Albanian awards supposedly inspiring Albanians to do great deeds for the communist homeland. As you can see by the wear on the reverse of both of these Medals they were both stored until they corroded and can now be bought on the open market for cents on the dollar.
