Order of Glory, serial number 382630, was awarded to Guards Senior Sergeant Konstantin Chechenko, platoon commander, 3rd Infantry Battalion, 2nd Guards Mechanized Brigade. During the street fighting in Vienna, Chechenko broke up a German attack, killing 10, then quickly counter-attacked, resulting in the capture of 14 soldiers and one officer.
