Greetings,

First thank you for taking the time to look at my post. I am interested in learning if these are Russian. Two appear to be of different ranks and the top and middle are enamelled pieces. Are the possibly Officer's brocade belts??

Through a little luck I have discovered that the bottom two are Latvian. The enamel is Officer and the non-enamel is NCO. Both pre WWII
