A somewhat strange set that was in the envelope for the Millenium Badge – document for the Millenium badge and... „Builder of Wrocław” badge. Probably both were given at the same time (the millenium badge was given around 1966, while the „Builder...” had to be given to him when he was the chief/dep. chief of the WSW of the Silesian Military District, positions he held from 1965 to 1967. The millenium badge and doc for the „Builder...” badge are missing.

Central WSW Training Center named after Dzierżyński medal 1980,-dated, hand signed by the commander col. Ludwik Kuropatwa and his deputy for political affairs - unidentified. Given to him as division general. The medal sits so tight, that I have decided not to removie it from the slot.

Table medal & diploma for the 40th anniversary of the MO and SB on the area of Koszalin, issued by the Koszalin Voivodeship Interior Affairs Office (Koszalin WUSW).
Attractive, as the diploma is at the same time a medal box and it uses the "For merits in protecting the Public Order" badge ribbon (damaged at the bottom - not sure why).
The diploma is hand signed by colonel Stefan Sokołowski - chief of the WUSW of Koszalin.

The Berlin medalis just for size compoarison, not a part of the group.

There's a number "48" in ink on the reverse of the suspension. I don't know it's meaning, as those were not numbered (to my knowledge).

When I was first offered the award, there was also a diploma for it, but in the meantime it disapeared. Thew widow says that probably the IPN took it, but I rather believe that it was misplaced. Maybe one day it's found and it would be reunited with this order.

The attached photograph is the only one of it that I have.
It says: For the special contribution to the cooperation of the security organs of the CzSSR and PNR.
