Badge "Excellent" Committee For State Security.

According to everything I've seen and heard, this is the second type of the KDS badge.

Once again, the only difference in the design is the use of "KDS" instead of "MVR." I don't have any documents for the KDS badges, but since it took over a year to find these at relatively low prices, I can wait to find documents to match them.:)

Later, I will start with the wide range of anniversary badges for the MVR.

I believe there is only one Type of this award which was awarded c1965-1969.
Prices have dropped significantly and can now be picked up for nearly a single digit (not yet though!).

I believe I have the matching document knocking around somewhere (possibly in a group).
