A civil aviation badge

Could I get an opinion on this badge please? I don't have much to compare it to. I believe it is the For Flying Safely 1,000,000 km, 1950s - 60s.

Danny,

Not necessarily, most late-issue badges were not serial numbered. I do not know for sure when it comes to this badge.

I've seen a lot of those badges, but never with this mint mark. Strange! :confused:
