Here is the Medal "Sniper - Spetsnatz". It is unknown who issued it but it does sound like a tourist special.

Certainly unofficial, lol.
I do not really see what kind of sense it makes to put an underwater/"ADS amphibious rifle" on the medal combined with a VSS Vintorez silenced sniper rifle. Both are used by the Spetsnaz units in the RF, but sniping with an amphibious rifle doesn't really make sense... It might be from one of the spetsnaz sniper-training camps up in Sibir. |
