Soviet large flag, Lenin Front head view

HI
I just got this as a gift from southern Russian from a director of an organization. It has the tassles and metal top of flag, says 1 rouble on it, stamped.
It is large 69" by 48" not counting fringe.
I have looked at Ebay etc but only see Lenin pic from side view etc, but mine has front view of Lenin pic, is this rare? What the age, value

Hello and welcome to the forum. I had one identical to this banner many years ago; not rare or of great value ($100-$200), but great looking. Circa 1970's or so, it is a civilian award banner/flag.
