Out of Uniform

Gents,

This formation's lack of shoe discipline is shocking and absolutely unheard of in a professional army. Just look at the range of stilettos being worn - such blatant disregard for military uniformity. Where will it all stop?

I didn´t realize they wore different shoes till slava1stclass pointed it out...

They are modern (RF) MVD officers - probably traffic cops. I don't remember seeing any beat cops dressed like this for any occasion other than maybe undercover in houses (whole buildings) of ill repute - namely the one just off Pushkin Square.

99.9% of traffic cops are men. These ladies are working in various office positions.
