bad marshal on e-bay

Ok, the same seller of the bad marshals cap is now giving us a bad WWII branch marshal; "M1943 Chief Marshal of Signals" uniform....nice M1943, but the problem is the rank was never issued! The rank of Chief Marshal of Signals and the rank of Chief Marshal of Engineers was invented in 1943, and thrown out in 1984 ( odd to throw out a rank!) and never attained by any Soviet officer.

Yes, and I have the M43 service uniform of the only Marshal of Signal Forces to ever wear an M43 uniform - Peresypkin! It is possible that there is a second genuine M43 service out there for Peresypkin though I doubt another has survived. If any surface they can easily be compared to mine.

response

So, i e-mail this nitwit and explain that the rank was never issued...he says thats what makes it so rare! Then he asks if i want to buy it!

so, i guess items that never were, are the rarest: )

Bad 'Marshal' on E

Another "marshal" on E, from a seller who seems to specialize in bad items. This one is for a rank that never was issued! Oddly, this is the 2nd "Chief Marshal of Signals" to pop up on E. Amazing.

Note the bad ribbons too.

I think you gave the best piece of advice on these type of high end uniforms when you said that if they were genuine they would not need to advertise.

Bad early Marshal USSR on E

Well, another "super rare uniform for the advanced collector"...its true, if you collect repros. This one is not even that close; note the modern buttons, the flat collar star, the modern material, etc. I need not mention the seller, bt I guess most of you can guess who it is.

Is it the seller, whose eBay alias reminds you of a certain type of bus used in London that are double decked?
