I agree with eryk about Stettin.

A stab at the name would be something like:

Red Army Man Gatums Vranos (I still struggle with handwritten cyrillic text)

I am sure that NB, or one of the others, will straighten it out if I am wrong.

Kiwi,

They are booklets issued to participants of specific battles; in this case, Budapest (L) and Vienna (R).

If I can put my two cents.. they are very very common in general, but there was so many variations (given for so many different battles) that it is not so common to find two of the same type for the same battle.

I have got many such Spravka and Blagodarnost from Alexei several years ago.

They are not worth much but interesting to add to a paper items collection!

Before the fall (from the ranks of the employed) I was a great collector of paper items and I must say I've never seen one of those before. So not quite so common.
IMO anyway. :)

A certificate for involvement in the capture/liberation of the city of Belgorod, city in western Russia, situated on the Seversky Donets river 40 km north of the Ukrainian border.

I just got these today. A group of nine all awarded to one man; Red Army Man Chinskiy.
I'm guessing right now he was with the 2nd Ukrainian Front.

On all documents the reverse is marked:
"Отпечатано в типографии газеты Сталинская гвардия"
It is printed in newspaper printing house Stalin guards

All documents are printed with:
Командир части - Unit Commander
Начальник штаба - Chief of Staff

This first one is dated August 22, 1944

The cover: УЧАСТНИКУ БОЕВ ЗА ДНЕСТР - TO THE PARTICIPANT OF FIGHTS FOR DNESTR
During World War II, German and Romanian forces battled Soviet troops on the western bank of the river Dniester (Dnester).
Inside:
За отличные боевые действия по прорыву сильно укрепленной и развитой в глубину обороны противника южнее Бендеры гвардии
For excellent operations on break of defence of the opponent strongly strengthened and developed in depth to the south Bendery* guards

* aka the city Bender, then (1944) in Romania, currently part of Moldova. Located on the western bank of the Dniester river in the historical region of Bessarabia

Any help with the full name and especially the unit would be very much appreciated.

The front of this document is marked:
