Books I've read for research for my book

After 1 1/2 years or more I've read at least 43 books while doing research for the Companion Book to the Campaign Medals book. This book will be about those campaigns. It will be Hard-Bound with dust jacket and will have B/W & color maps and pictures. I've been writing the draft for about three months now. Here are some books that I've read that might be of interest to you.

1st: Absolute War: Soviet russia in the Second World War by Chris Bellamy

2nd: Armageddon in Stalingrad- September-November 1942. Vol.2 of The Stalingrad Trilogy by David Glantz and Jonathan M. House

3rd:Barabarossa The Russian-German Conflict, 1941-45 by Alan Clark

Re: Books I've read for research for my book

Doc, do you sleep?:D I gave up this type of intense research a few years after grad school when I was no longer trying to impress my stunning Polish thesis adviser.

Joking aside, that is an impressive bibliography and I'm glad to see that a clear majority of the works were published in the last 10 years. This tells me that there is still interest in the historical events of WWII and the role of the Soviet Union in it.:thumbsup
