Here is a Medal commemerating the 25 year alliance of Warsaw Pact States.
Are there any more variations out there?

I got it from Bulgarian seller. is it Bulgarian issue? Soviet?

I think it's not Russian (Soviet) or Bulgarian.
I believe it is issued by Council for Mutual Assistance for different countries. On the reverse you can see "Council for Mutual Assistance" (abbreviation) in many different languages.

Hello, as the CAEM was a soviet-led organisation, with all documents for medals written in russian and issued from Moscow, I bend to classe this awards in soviet medals...
