In complicated combat situations managed to carry out great cultural-mass work among the personal staff of the battalion and local population. For the period of offensive battle from 24th June to 10th October 1944 organised for the personal staff of the battalion, management of the staff of the corps and those assigned to his units, review of 42 cinema films, giving 150 cinema showings. Has done for his personal staff 116 reports and interviews, organised the review of 20 cinema showings for the local population and conducted with them 27 reports and interviews.
While liquidating an occupying group of German troops in the region of Bobrujsk, 29-06-1944 in Marhovichi with a group of fighters he took into captivity 7 German soldiers.
His selfless work in organising Cultural-Educational and Agitation-Propaganda events contributed to raising the moral condition of his personal staff, patriotic urge and strengthening troops discipline, therefore contributing to the command of the battalion in resulting performance of combat tasks.
