Do you mean what is it's value?

I think that any Soviet Navy standard is scarce.
But, at the same time, there is a dealer who has had a similar example for sale for years at close to $900 without a buyer coming forward.

Navy standards are very rare, I'd say quite a bit more than $900; I'd jump at one for that price.

Well, true, I should have said that the one on the dealer's site is rather "generic" and is not identified to a specific unit.

Well, I was told this flag is not a navy standard, but a naval engineering school flag.

A 'unit' flag for a school is fine, I have seen them before. Might be worth a little less as schools are not as popular as regular units, but still very rare.
