Restoration of Southern Metallurgy Award

Hello. I have got this booklet together with the medal, posted here here, which has been judged to be original. I hope that the award is good as well. I am just suspicious about the paper, which looks thicker and yellowish than others I have; for other details I am not sufficiently educated to spot any inconsistencies.
Thank you for your comments.

ciao
sergio

Yep, I'm with them.:thumbsup Paper composition varies with time and region - and very much with age and the elements it is exposed to when stored away.

Re: Restoration of Southern Metallurgy Award

Thanks a lot for your opinions, folks! Nevertheless, this booklet looks made with Bristol Paper...but the printing is very sharp and done, I would say, with professional means.

Grazie.

Re: Restoration of Southern Metallurgy Award

If I understand you correctly, you think it might be a fake document because of the type of paper and the style of printing? If that's the case, I don't know how to help you with pictures alone.:(

Re: Restoration of Southern Metallurgy Award

Sergio,

As Phillip indicated before, there are very important variations in paper quality, ranging from thin to thick, shiny to matte, etc.
