Call to the Veteran Badge Community

If you have veteran badges you'd like to see the light of day in a published reference, email me at zhukovmdl@hotmail.com with a subject of "WWII Veteran Badges."

It's been stewing for a long time, but my 2017 project is a second volume of Soviet WWII veteran badges as a continuation to the first volume published in 2008. At present I have more than 500 new badges and a local friend has lined up a photographer since I don't have the time myself.

I'll also take any information you have on related topic badge documents. As a general rule commercial purchase badges with printed price tags on the back are of little interest and will not be included due to the sheer number of them, however like anything there can be exceptions if there is some compelling reason.

If you have vet badges and would like them included, my preference is to have them mailed here for photographic consistency but we may be able to work out another solution.

As in all my projects, your contribution will be noted.
