Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
Comrade Radavskii has been in the 14 Army since the beginning of the war. From the position of Chief of the Hygienic-Epidemiological Detachment, he has advanced to the position of Army Epidemiologist. Due to his Comrade Radavskii’s energetic work as the Chief of the Hygienic-Epidemiological Detachment and Army Epidemiologist during the active defense period, infectious disease incidents fell sharply among the Army’s subordinate units. He precisely and operationally eliminated incidents of typhus, resulting in the eradication of typhus.
During our forces’ offensive operations, the hygienic-epidemiological medical intelligence was accurately conducted. Sanitary prophylactic measures were applied under difficult conditions caused by the lack of roads, hygienic-disinfecting equipment was well-positioned, and there were no medical infections among the forces. Comrade Radavskii is deserving of the Order of the Red Star.
