Signed spoon

Hello!

I'm sorry if this thread is "off-topic" but I don't know where can I put this question and this is the only forum with soviet military items I know.

I found this spoon in a soviet shelter. As you can see the spoon is signed by a soviet soldier. The upper row contains probably initials of his name and the year of his birth. But the bottom row is unreadable for me.

Maybe somebody could recognize it.
