I agree. They are well made and from what appears to be two different periods or two different runs (based only on the mint mark difference).

This tiny Lenin badge is extremely well made and doesn't seem mass-produced. Not sure of the significance or manufacture; it came to me from the Ukraine.

According to Avers 8, this badge dates to 1930, the year the final granite Lenin's Mausoleum was built. There are many varieties and I believe the badge was made for several years into the 1930s.
