Thank you very much for your help! I tried searching in podvignaroda but I dont know if I´m finding the correct man. I got his name as Пономарев Петр Васильевич (first, midle and family) and I found the year 1923 written in the documents and I thought it could be his year of birth?
A man named Пономарев Петр Васильевич was awarded the red star and OGPW 2nd class but I dont know if I even got his name right...

Definitely the same guy. Great citations too--looks like he commanded a scout platoon (the OPW-2 award) before he commanded a mortar platoon (Red Star). You should translate them, folks here do it for a small fee.
