The Qualification Badges (depending on period) came with or without classes. I believe there were 4 classes (M, 1, 2, 3) at the height of the classes system. It can be very confusing when the regulations get changed. They were at one point an exact parallel of the Soviet Badges.
Bulgarian Badges can be extremely confusing with the addition and subtraction of classes and perpetual shuffling of ministries, committees, agencies and other state organs.
