Here is the Badge "25 Years Of The Specialised Manufacturing Enterprise "Quiet Labour". The Specialised Manufacturing Enterprise "Quiet Work" was a special company employing the deaf with workers being members of the Union Of The Deaf. I believe the enterprise was founded in 1961 and ceased to exist in 1992.
