Order Of Friendship.
Just found out about this order; one of the new ones- new president, new administration, all that. Quite impressive at 91 grams and a little over 6 1/2 cm. Material appears (nope, don't own this one... yet) to be silver with gold plating and hot enamel. Comes in it's own fitted case. "Order of Friendship" (in Russian) on back with an area for the number. Screw backed.

You're probably correct... hot enamel seems to be a lost art these days, and virtually all other PMR orders are done in cold enamel. My mistake.

Here is the only known recipient to date; Stanislav Jakovlevich Kochiev, speaker of the parliament of South Ossetia. He was awarded his Order Friendship by Ukaz №574 of 2nd September 2012. I don't know which number he was awarded but it could be 0001.
The Screwback Order is made out of copper-nickel and there is also a miniature.

The Order booklet.
This Order seems to go by many names in official paperwork "Order Of Friendship", Order "Order Of Friendship" and Order "Friendship". Strangely, I've not yet been able to find the establishing decree.

The Order (without plate) weighs 79 grams and the Miniature (without clasp) 5.7 grams.
Still not found the establishing ukaz nor any other recipients.
