The Bulgarian government has been busy scanning in their records.
Welcome! Currently you can find all Protocols and Decisions of the Politburo Протоколи и решения на политбюро на БКП (1944-1989) | Politburo as well as a vast wealth of "secret" files kept by the "secret police". Unfortunately some of the personal files of some high level communists (Such as Todor Zhivkov) have been "cleaned". There is also a complete list of fatalities in the Balkan Wars and lots of other goodies - but all in Bulgarian! I am personally working on obtaining some Ukazes of awards in the collection, time will tell.
