Assistance Identifying Unknown Banner Please - Page 2

The inscription over Lenin´s head reads "Workers of the world, unite", and the second one is almost the same as Tal´s signature: "Under the banner of Marxism-Leninism, under the leadership of the communist party, forward to the victory of communism!"

Anybody have any idea what sort of flag this is? The dimensions suggest something naval, but I am not a flag expert - especially small ones like this. It is 16x32 inches. I also think it is upside down in this photo.:rolleyes:

I'm guessing it is either navy or perhaps a pioneer flag.:confused: The circle is throwing me off as is the fact that it is a republic flag rather than USSR one which to me would eliminate the navy option since I don't see how there would be individual republican military flags - but then, as I said above, flags are not my specialty so any information would be much appreciated.

IMHO, don't get overly excited once you have consulted the site that Kliment indicated, this one is clearly of modern vintage...
