Well, I don't belive this badge is actually soviet. When tank badges of this kind were introduced, they were only for armor troops. Only they and the AF has classification "wings".
Hungary would still be my guess here. |

What I mean:
The badge with tanks was introduced in 1954. The badge with other vehicle was NEVER introduced. At least in the Soviet Army. Yet, I am quite sure that those badges are NOT modern fantasy pieces. Since I was once told that those pinback ones are hungarian, I would say both those pinbacked with tanks and those with trucks are of Hungarian origin. |

Here are all four Tank Classification badges with pins.
Looks as they never had a screw. Perhaps the soviet porduced some whith pins for fixing it on the uniform or they are not soviet. For example bulgarian ? regards Andreas |

The pins don't look Soviet Russian, nor does the method for affixing pin to badge.
