Here is a trio to (Rural) Construction Worker Naziko Georgievna Turabelidze.

This was a difficult set to pinpoint but a lucky hit paid off.

1st August 1963 (no Ukaz date) Medal "For Labour Distinction" almost totally impossible to research.

Her second Medal "For Labour Distinction" (which is of a different variation) was awarded 25th August 1971. On this date a vast ocean of Ukazs came into place covering almost every Ministry. There does seem to be a slight lean towards construction workers but that often isn't much help.

Her "Badge Of Honour" #1433016 was award by a Ukaz of 19th March 1981. Once again this date has an ocean of Ukazs but there is once again a slight emphasis on (rural) construction but with only this information we are playing Russian Roulette.

Realising that this recipient's name was particularly obscure (both first and last names) I thought I'd give our friend google a call.
First I tried in Latin - No results.
I tried in Cyrillic - No Results.
I translated her name back into Georgian (ნაზიკო ტურაბელიძე/Nazik'o T'urabelidze) and gave it a try and bingo 1 result.
