Medal "Manhood And Faith".
The Medal "Manhood And Faith" (Medalia "Bărbăţie Şi Credinţă") was originally created in November 1903 by the Kingdom Of Romania and was resurrected by Presidential Decree #528 of 2003 (even though the Medal now reads 2000).
The Medal comes in 6 variations 1st, 2nd, 3rd Classes, with or without swords. The "1st Class" is the entry level and 2nd and 3rd are higher awards. The number of awards of the 1st Class is limited to 10,000. The decree can be viewed here. Here is the 1st Class without swords.
