Here is a Ministry Of The Armed Forces Military Officer In Reserve Booklet. These were issued in the late 1948's whilst the Ministry existed.

This example belonged to Senior Engineer Lieutenant Stepan Sergeevich Kuznetsov.

A Military Pyro-Technician with service starting in December 1936. It looks like he was a party member from 1927 but it had lapsed.

He managed to avoid the front during the war but still received the Medal "For Valiant Labour During The War" for his work on the home front.
