does anybody have a clue what this badge is ?

Looks like a Hungarian Communist-era technical proficiency badge

Agian an old post - but this badge is from the 1960's and it is the "Taviro" = "T" in the center of the badge. This is for a Morse code operator. The "1" is for first class. These badges were only awarded to NCOs and conscripts of the Signals branch.
