1989 WOW Military Pass
Amilitary pass allowing the owner to enter the area of the Warsaw Military District (since the district covered a really large area, I assume this allowed him to enter the military aras in the district) issued in 1989 to colonel Tadeusz Lisowski - of the communications speciality judging from thee collar emblems.
An interesting piece on a single piece of cardboard. |
