I LOVE that site and the price suits my pocket too!

At first I laughed, thinking, as one often does when contacting a government agency, that my request would never see the light of day. But I just rechecked the record, and all the documents were there, everything functional, fixed in less than 24 hours. That is nothing short of outstanding! I am infinitely impressed. Did you contact them about the missing scans, or did they figure it themselves?

I did contact them. In Russian, to the best of my beginner ability.
