He describes it like SPETSNAZ special operations hat......price...35,00 US$

Is it real or a fake ?

Impossible to tell if it´s Spetsnaz or not. As I know, these troops never wore something that identified them because their existence was kept with utmost secret. They just wore the same stuff as normal troops.

It is listed in Lazlo Bekeshi's book as being worn by special forces. It is quite rare and does not come up for sale very often (at least I haven't seen many).

It's not any more "spetsnaz" than military issue underwear or socks. Yes, "spetsnaz" wear underwear and socks too, but have been known to operate without them. This item is a "podshlemnik" and is labelled as such on the lower label you posted. It translates literally as "something you put under your helmet" and is worn to keep your head warm. Not to say "spetsnaz" don't wear them when it's cold, but they usually wear ski masks...and underwear and socks.
