Medal "Veteran VCK MGB KGB PMR".
Here is the Medal "Veteran VCK MGB KGB PMR". A very elusive official award of the PMR. Absolutely no information presenting itself at this moment but a rather recent award. I doubt there are any Cheka veterans left in the PMR.
The ribbon certainly looks like it was bodged up on a budget.
